All team members are welcome to nominate Cooper\u2019s highest-performing employees across five programs.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Employee of the Month: <\/strong><strong>An employee<\/strong>\u00a0who is not in a leadership role, who goes above and beyond on a daily basis to help our patients, family members, and co-workers. This person exemplifies our Core Values and Service Standards and is instrumental in helping Cooper achieve our strategic priorities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manager of the Quarter: A<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>director, manager,\u00a0or supervisor<\/strong>\u00a0who exemplifies our Core Values and Service Standards and is instrumental in helping Cooper achieve our strategic priorities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Physician of the Quarter: <\/strong><strong>A physician\u00a0<\/strong>who exemplifies our Core Values and Service Standards and is instrumental in helping Cooper achieve our strategic priorities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Provider of the Quarter:\u00a0A physician assistant (PA), certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA), advanced practice nurse (APN)<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>or\u00a0psychologist\u00a0<\/strong>who exemplifies our Core Values and Service Standards and is instrumental in helping Cooper achieve our strategic priorities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Resident of the Quarter<\/strong>:\u00a0<strong>A\u00a0resident\/fellow <\/strong>who goes above and beyond on a daily basis to help our patients, family members, and co-workers.
