Crucial Conversations\u00a9 is required for all new Cooper leaders (supervisors and above) who have not yet completed it. This 16-hour course, held over two days, teaches critical communication skills for creating dialogue in high stakes, risky and emotionally charged situations.<\/p>\n

New leaders may select one of the following two-day sessions:<\/p>\n

March 13 and 20, 2015<\/strong>
\n9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
\nCooper University Hospital, Pavilion 1007
\n(depending on The Joint Commission survey schedule)<\/p>\n

April 19 and 22, 2015<\/strong>
\n9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

May 8 and 12, 2015<\/strong>
\n9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
\nCooper University Hospital, Pavilion 1007<\/p>\n

September 1 and 8, 2015<\/strong>
