For six years, ROI-NJ<\/a> has published their ROI Influencers: People of Color list, recognizing some of the many people of color who have made an impact in New Jersey. We are proud to celebrate the recognition of Dr. John Porter and Mr. Anthony Welch, reflected in their 2023 list!<\/p>\n

John Porter, MD<\/a>, Division Head of Trauma Surgery, was selected to serve as the state trauma medical director earlier this year. In this role, he provides subject-matter expertise to assist the leadership of the N.J. Department of Health in the development and implementation of the statewide trauma system plan.<\/p>\n

Anthony Welch<\/a>, Vice President and Chief Government Relations Officer, provides strategic guidance on public policy issues affecting health care and Cooper, and helping to oversee our advocacy efforts in connection with legislative, policy and regulatory initiatives at the federal, state, county, and local levels of government.<\/p>\n
