This special month celebrates the histories, cultures, and contributions of Americans whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.<\/p>\n<p>To celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month, the Cooper Court Cafeteria will feature a special menu every Wednesday this month. Click <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/files\/2023\/09\/HHM-week-2-menu.png\" rel=\"lightbox[18968]\">here<\/a> for this week\u2019s menu.<\/p>\n<p>Also, remember to visit <a href=\"https:\/\/pulse-plus.cooperhealth.edu\/member\/\">Pulse+<\/a> to test your knowledge by answering weekly quiz questions.
