On Thursday, November 2, 2023, Cooper\u2019s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team held a special event on to celebrate the installation of our new Black, Latino, and Multicultural team member resource groups (TRGs). TRGs are employer-recognized workplace groups voluntarily led by team members. These groups allow team members with commonalities to meet, support each other, and produce a particular outcome that can help improve recruitment, retention, and job satisfaction.
