We are moving to a single online collaboration platform. As part of our Microsoft 365 project, Cooper is moving from Webex meetings to Microsoft Teams meetings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Before December 15, 2023, you <u>must<\/u> convert all Webex meetings to Microsoft Teams meetings<\/strong>. <strong>This conversion will not happen automatically. As a meeting owner, you must convert your Webex meetings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If you are the host of an existing Webex meeting and need help converting it to Microsoft Teams, <a href=\"https:\/\/cooperuniversityhealth.sharepoint.com\/sites\/CooperM365Training\/_layouts\/15\/stream.aspx?id=%2Fsites%2FCooperM365Training%2FShared%20Documents%2FBasic%20User%20Information%2FTeams%2FConverting%20a%20Webex%20meeting%20into%20a%20Teams%20meeting%2Emp4&amp;referrer=StreamWebApp%2EWeb&amp;referrerScenario=AddressBarCopied%2Eview\">click here<\/a>.\u00a0<strong>If you fail to convert your Webex meetings by December 15, 2023, those meetings will be canceled and will no longer appear on your calendar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cooper\u2019s on-site conference rooms are also being upgraded as part of this transition to include in-room control panels with a Microsoft Teams button that will allow you to easily join your meeting.
