The businesses are receiving calls and emails from an individual claiming to be \u201cRebecca McCloud\u201d from the \u201cBrand Management and Product Procurement Division.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cooper does not have a discharge bag advertising program and has not contracted with any outside party to sell these advertisements.
