If you have mail order refills through ESI, you may have experienced some issues over the past week due to a technical issue with the transition that ESI resolved last weekend.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nIf you currently have mail order prescriptions with refills, you will receive an email with directions on setting up your <em>new<\/em> account with ESI (see FAQs below).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For those team members needing an<strong> immediate<\/strong> refill (and who still have refills available on your prescription), please log into your ESI account to order your refill or call ESI directly at the number below. If you do not have refills available, please contact your provider to submit a refill.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ESI contact number: <strong>833.715.0971<\/strong> (this number is specific to team members with a Cooper health plan).\n<ul>\n<li>Press 1 for refills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>ESI will ask the member for the member ID number on <strong>their Horizon ID card.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>If that&#8217;s not available, provide your first name, last name, date of birth, and zip code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please remember to always use <strong>the ID# on your new Horizon ID card<\/strong>.\u00a0 For any questions or concerns, please contact <a href=\"mailto:HRBenefits@CooperHealth.edu\">HRBenefits@CooperHealth.edu<\/a> or our Benefits Member Advocacy Team at: 1.800.563.9929.<\/p>\n<p>Please see below for FAQs for setting up your new ESI account.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>What do I need to do to finalize my new ESI account? <\/strong>You will receive an email from ESI. The email is sent once the profile is created within the ESI system.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What if I have mail order prescriptions with refills and I didn\u2019t receive an email from ESI to complete the setup of my online account? <\/strong>You should reach out to the ESI contact center team at 833.715.0971. This number is for team members with Cooper health benefits.
