Cooper is set to introduce\u00a0SailPoint<\/a>\u00a0Identity Now, an advanced identity and access management system that will revolutionize the onboarding process for both team members and non-team members. Identity Now seamlessly integrates with iCooper, streamlining the onboarding of new team members and vendors, and making department changes easier. This integration ensures that essential information flows into Identity Now, automatically generating the necessary accounts and promptly delivering user login details to their respective managers.<\/p>\n

Our scheduled go-live date is Wednesday, January 24, 2024. At launch, Identity Now will primarily support network accounts (active directory) and Epic, with OmniCell integration soon to follow.<\/p>\n

We are taking a gradual approach to implementation. On January 24, we\u2019ll have 200 job codes configured within Identity Now, with a primary focus on nursing roles. We\u2019ll incrementally add more job codes each week, prioritizing those related to direct patient care.<\/p>\n

Thanks to Identity Now, managers will receive user IDs and passwords for new team members and vendors within hours, eliminating the delays experienced previously. It is important to note that the Identity and Access Management team will continue to manually handle name changes and access additions through our existing procedures.<\/p>\n
