Participating team members will have the option to view and print W-2 forms online while on the Cooper Network.\u00a0If you have previously elected to receive your W-2 electronically, no further action is required.<\/p>\n<p>If you chose <strong>not<\/strong> to receive your W-2 electronically, you should log into iCooper Employee Self-Service and verify that your home address is correct. In iCooper Employee Self-Service, go to \u201c<strong>My Profile<\/strong>,\u201d click the \u201c<strong>Personal<\/strong>\u201d tab, then check the \u201c<strong>Address<\/strong>\u201d section. Double-click your address to make any changes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Program highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enrollment is optional and team members can revoke authorization at any time.<\/li>\n<li>W-2 forms from prior years are also available.<\/li>\n<li>When your electronic W-2 for 2023 is available, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download it.<\/li>\n<li>The IRS <strong>WILL<\/strong> accept your printed W-2.<\/li>\n<li>If you printed your W-2 forms last year, then you\u2019re all set for the new year.<\/li>\n<li>If you wish to receive a paper W-2, under \u201c<strong>My Delivery Settings<\/strong>\u201d click \u201c<strong>W-2<\/strong>\u201d and change the \u201c<strong>Authorized<\/strong>\u201d selection from \u201c<strong>Yes<\/strong>\u201d to \u201c<strong>No<\/strong>\u201d to revoke your authorization for Electronic W-2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions for enrolling in electronic W-2 forms:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log into iCooper Employee Self Service, which can be found on Pulse under frequently used links.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201c<strong>My Pay<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Click on the \u201c<strong>Electronic W-2<\/strong>\u201d tab and then the \u201c<strong>Electronic W-2<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0link.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your Cooper username and password.<\/li>\n<li>In the left panel, click \u201c<strong>Authorization Required<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201c<strong>Print Test<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Click the blue link titled \u201c<strong>Tax Document in PDF format<\/strong>\u201d to open a sample W-2 in Adobe Acrobat.<\/li>\n<li>Print the file from Adobe Acrobat and close the sample document screen once printed successfully.<\/li>\n<li>Click the \u201c<strong>Yes<\/strong>\u201d button to indicate that the sample printed successfully.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201c<strong>I agree<\/strong>\u201d once you have completed the test.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm that your correct work\/office email address is displayed. A secondary email address is optional.<\/li>\n<li>Review the disclosure in the \u201c<strong>My Delivery Settings \u2013 Tax Document \u2013 Authorization<\/strong>\u201d screen. Under Authorization Started, select \u201c<strong>Yes<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Click the \u201c<strong>Submit<\/strong>\u201d button to complete enrollment and return to the Electronic W-2 home page.<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>View My Documents<\/strong>, you will now have access to \u201c<strong>My W-2<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Once completed, click \u201c<strong>Log Out<\/strong>\u201d in the left panel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions for viewing and printing Electronic W-2 forms:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once authorized, under \u201c<strong>View My Documents<\/strong>\u201d you will now have access to \u201c<strong>My W-2<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201c<strong>My W-2<\/strong>.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Each available tax year will\u00a0be displayed. Click the magnifying glass to the right to view that year.<\/li>\n<li>You can save or print the W-2 form from here. (Please note where you are saving or printing the file to.)<\/li>\n<li>Once completed, click \u201c<strong>Log Out<\/strong>\u201d in the left panel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electronic W-2s are only available when you are on the Cooper network.<\/li>\n<li>Once opted into the Electronic W-2 program, printing of W-2 forms is the employee\u2019s responsibility.
