Congratulations to Ioana Florea, MD, Cooper Surgery PGY-3 resident, who was named by the\u00a0American Association for Thoracic Surgery (AATS)<\/a> as a 2024 Member for a Day. This honor allows Dr. Florea access to attending the 104th Annual AATS Annual Meeting this April in Toronto, Canada.<\/p>\n

The Member for a Day Program is part of a scholarship program through the AATS Foundation designed to celebrate the top cardiothoracic residents each year.
