{"id":20966,"date":"2024-05-21T15:34:02","date_gmt":"2024-05-21T19:34:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/?p=20966"},"modified":"2024-05-21T15:34:36","modified_gmt":"2024-05-21T19:34:36","slug":"pto-sell-back-opportunity-10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/2024\/05\/pto-sell-back-opportunity-10\/","title":{"rendered":"PTO Sell-Back Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cooper is pleased to announce that the May 2024 paid time off (PTO) sell-back opportunity is almost here.\u00a0The payout will be based on PTO accrued as of the pay period ending May 18, 2024.\u00a0<strong>Payment will be made on Friday, May 31, 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Requests must be completed through iCooper Team Member Space.\u00a0Team members must submit their requested sell-back hours between <strong>May 16 and May 27, 2024<\/strong>, through Team Member Space.\u00a0You will receive an automatic confirmation email once you submit your request.\u00a0You must have a Cooper email address to receive a confirmation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note that there has been a slight change to the process.<\/strong> Please review the instructions on how to submit your sell back <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/files\/2024\/05\/PTO_Sellback_Instructions_for_spring_2024.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The following outlines the criteria for eligibility:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time team members may sell back from eight to 40 hours of PTO time in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour increments, depending upon the length of the team member\u2019s normal work shift. However, a minimum of 72 hours must be maintained in the team member\u2019s PTO bank at the time of the sell back.<\/li>\n<li>Part-time team members may sell-back from eight to 24 hours of PTO in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour increments provided a minimum of 36 hours is maintained in the team member\u2019s PTO bank at the time of the sell-back.<\/li>\n<li>Payment for the sell-back will be at the employee\u2019s base rate of pay.<\/li>\n<li>The sell-back of PTO is voluntary and sell back decisions are final upon receipt by the Payroll Department.<\/li>\n<li>Team members who do not accrue PTO on a bi-weekly basis are not eligible for sell back.<\/li>\n<li>It is the team member\u2019s responsibility to submit their request via Team Member Space\u00a0<strong>by 5 p.m. on Monday May 27, 2024. \u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Payroll will adjust any PTO sell back requests on May 28, 2024, where the eligible PTO balance will now fall below the required minimum hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For questions regarding the PTO sell-back process, please contact\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:HRCompensation@cooperhealth.edu\">HRCompensation@cooperhealth.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cooper is pleased to announce that the May 2024 paid time off (PTO) sell-back opportunity is almost here.\u00a0The payout will be based on PTO accrued as\u2026<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":69,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":"","_links_to":"","_links_to_target":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-20966","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
