Cooper Nursing has welcomed three behavioral clinical specialists \u2013 all of whom are psychiatric-trained registered nurses \u2013 who will play a critical role in preventing escalation of behaviors and helping to maintain a safe environment.<\/p>\n
The specialists will work closely with clinical staff to provide support and develop individualized treatment plans for patients who are experiencing mental and other behavioral health crises. They will also serve as a resource to team members working at the bedside.\u00a0Additionally, they will act as consultants throughout Cooper and will participate on relevant committees and task forces as clinical experts.<\/p>\n
