Tanysha\u00a0has been instrumental in building IT applications that support a variety of population health programs, supporting our patients and community members.\u00a0Congrats to Tanysha on a job well done and for your impact on population health core values and patient outcomes.<\/p>\n

Q3\u00a0award nominations are now open. We welcome submissions from all departments and teams within the organization. To nominate someone, please complete a short nomination form\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0by Friday, October 4, 2024<\/strong>. The winner will be announced at an upcoming Population Health Department meeting.<\/p>\n
