Cooper Nursing is excited to share the newest version of their nursing professional practice model. A professional practice model represents who Cooper nurses are and what they do across the organization.<\/p>\n

Whether a nurse provides direct patient care in the hospital, serves as a leader, or works in the community, the professional practice model reflects all the best of Cooper Nursing. The C.A.R.E.S. model \u2013 which is incorporated into the professional practice model (see below) \u2013 highlights Cooper Nursing\u2019s commitment to compassion, advocacy, reliability, engagement, and skill. Be on the lookout for the new professional graphic model, designed by nurses across the system in a variety of roles.<\/p>\n
