You may continue to call your current EAP if you need EAP services before January 1, 2025, but please be aware that all EAP authorizations for counseling sessions issued by Carebridge and Shore Counseling will expire on December 31, 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Beginning on January 1, 2025, call Optum\u2019s dedicated Cooper line at 800.972.8976 for all your EAP needs. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can view Optum\u2019s provider network directory before January 1, 2025, to see if your provider also participates in Optum\u2019s network. Visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.liveandworkwell.com\"><strong>www.liveandworkwell.com<\/strong><\/a>, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select \u201cFind a Provider\u201d in the Resources section.
