All EAP authorizations for counseling sessions issued by Carebridge and Shore Counseling expired on December 31, 2024.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You should now<\/strong><strong> call Optum\u2019s dedicated Cooper line at 800.972.8976 for all your EAP needs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can view Optum\u2019s provider network directory \u00a0to see if your provider also participates in Optum\u2019s network. Visit\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.liveandworkwell.com\/\"><strong>www.liveandworkwell.com<\/strong><\/a>, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select \u201cFind a Provider\u201d in the Resources section.
