We are excited to introduce new tools and methodologies that support both our patients and team members.<\/p>\n<p>Cooper has invested in sit-to-stand mobility devices called Sara\u00ae Stedy for all inpatient units at Cooper University Hospital in Camden. These devices are designed for patients who can partially bear weight and are able to assist with the transfer. The sit-to-stand device also minimizes the risk of injury for both the user and caregiver, as it eliminates the need for manual lifting, which can be physically demanding and potentially harmful.
