Don\u2019t forget to share your photos on Pulse+!<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Cooper Cape Team:<\/em><\/strong> Also on National Wear Red Day, join us in the Cooper University Hospital Cape Regional cafeteria for free blood pressure and stroke assessment screenings from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/files\/2025\/01\/National-Wear-Red-Day-Feb-7-2025-8.5-x-11-in.pdf\">Click here<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, here are two tips that will go a long way toward one\u2019s health:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Eat healthy: <\/strong>Enjoy lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exercise:<\/strong> Engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity per week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How do you stay heart healthy?
