\u201cAfter a traumatic car accident and laying\u00a0in the emergency room for 12 hours without being moved to a room and being lost in the shuffle of a very busy\u00a0area of the hospital, I finally\u00a0felt seen and heard for the first time. She\u00a0was my nurse\u00a0and was like a real angel on earth. Her kindness, knowledge, and support were evident\u00a0from the moment I\u00a0met her. I was lucky to have her as a nurse two nights in a row. After feeling dismissed about my pain or my feelings on the day shift that Friday, I felt relieved,\u00a0and a life came back when she returned Friday\u00a0evening. I consistently watched her do the job of two people with a smile on her face. She was there for me every time\u00a0I needed\u00a0meds, the bathroom, a pillow. There was nothing she was not willing to do. I was surprised\u00a0that a hospital with Cooper\u2019s\u00a0reputation mishandled so many things with my stay. She\u00a0was one of\u00a0the\u00a0three good nurses and that will leave an impact on my heart.\u201d<\/p>\n
