The showcase featured inventions from Cooper team members and collaborations with Rowan University, with posters and discussions from industry and state leaders.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>\u200bFollowing the showcase, 12 teams participating in the SDOH Hackathon pitched their tech innovations to judges, with the winning teams earning the opportunity to present at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society\u2019s 2025 \u00a0conference in Las Vegas last week. \u200bThe finalists and their winning pitch presentations were:\u200b<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u200bFirst Place:\u200b<\/strong><br \/>\nTeam:\u00a0 careMESH\u200b<br \/>\nPeter Tippett, MD, CEO careMESH\u200b<br \/>\nJustin Sims, President and COO careMESH\u200b<br \/>\nPresentation:\u00a0 <em>Revolutionize SDOH Disparities via Improved Care Coordination Communications, Workflow, Tasking &amp; Patient-centric Management<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u200bSecond Place:\u200b<\/strong><br \/>\nTeam:\u00a0 B.E.N.D.
