{"id":23517,"date":"2025-03-25T16:00:49","date_gmt":"2025-03-25T20:00:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/?p=23517"},"modified":"2025-03-25T16:11:29","modified_gmt":"2025-03-25T20:11:29","slug":"give-peeps-a-chance-diorama-contest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/2025\/03\/give-peeps-a-chance-diorama-contest\/","title":{"rendered":"Give Peeps a Chance: Diorama Contest"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Celebrate the sweet arrival of spring with our second annual Peeps Diorama Contest! <\/strong>Gather your peeps, hatch some egg-straordinary ideas, and get some-bunny from your team to post your display on Pulse+.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please be mindful of Cooper\u2019s decorating policy <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/files\/2023\/11\/Decoration-Policy.pdf\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0and\u00a0see below for a message from our peeps in Infection Prevention:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Display in a fashion that it is not accessible to patients.<\/li>\n<li>Place a small card or\u00a0sign to say, \u201cFor display only,\u201d \u201cNot edible,\u201d etc.<\/li>\n<li>Limit the length of time you display your creation to avoid attracting insects or more.<\/li>\n<li>Use a fixative if desired to preserve your creation or reduce any sweet scents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contest Rules and Guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each department is responsible for providing their own marshmallow <strong>peeps<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Teams may decorate their <strong>peeps<\/strong> display in any way they like, as long as it adheres to Cooper\u2019s decorating and IP policies mentioned above.<\/li>\n<li>Upload a picture of your department\u2019s <strong>peeps<\/strong> via the <a href=\"https:\/\/pulse-plus.cooperhealth.edu\/member\/\"><strong>Pulse+<\/strong><\/a> app no later than <strong>Monday, April 21, 2025.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>When uploading: In the subject line, please include your department\u2019s name and the category<\/strong> \u2013 Hospital Day Shift, Hospital Night Shift, Ambulatory Offices, or Corporate Offices \u2013 for your submission.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Submissions should only be posted <u>once<\/u> to Pulse+ to avoid duplicate votes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All Cooper team members will get a chance to review the display and \u2018like\u2019 their favorite<strong> peeps<\/strong>. The display with the most \u2018likes\u2019 for each category will be the winner for that category.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DISPLAYS SHOULD BE \u2018LIKED\u2019 ACCORDING TO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Originality<\/li>\n<li>Quality of work<\/li>\n<li>Creative use of materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PRIZES:<\/strong><br \/>\nA $100 gift card will be awarded to the department with the best decorated <strong>peeps <\/strong>in the following categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Day Shift Cooper University Hospital.<\/li>\n<li>Day Shift Cooper University Hospital Cape Regional.<\/li>\n<li>Night Shift Cooper University Hospital.<\/li>\n<li>Night Shift Cooper University Hospital Cape Regional.<\/li>\n<li>Ambulatory Offices all locations.<\/li>\n<li>Corporate Offices all locations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voting will close on <strong>Friday, April 25, 2025<\/strong>, and the winners for each category will be announced the following week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learn how to install, subscribe, share, and use the Pulse+ app by clicking <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/request.cooperhealth.org\/apps\/pulse-plus\/\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Celebrate the sweet arrival of spring with our second annual Peeps Diorama Contest!
