Cooper University Health Care was recognized in two categories at the 2025 New Jersey Social Innovation Awards, held on April 10 in Camden.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Cooper Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Patient, Family, and Caregiver Support Program<\/a>\u00a0received top honors in the Advancing Access to Health category. The program was celebrated for its innovative strategies to reduce health disparities and ensure equitable care for vulnerable populations, including older adults and individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, behavioral health conditions, and physical disabilities. Dr. Franziska Jovin accepted the award on behalf of Cooper.<\/p>\n

Rachel Haroz, MD<\/a>, Medical Director of\u00a0Cooper\u2019s Center for Healing<\/a>, earned second place in the Excellence in Population and Public Health category which recognized individuals committed to improving clinical outcomes, strengthening care coordination, and shaping effective public health policy.<\/p>\n
