On\u00a0May 7, 2025<\/strong>, all US travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights and access certain federal facilities.\u00a0Click here<\/strong><\/a> for more information on what you need to know.<\/p>\n

REAL ID Tuesdays:<\/strong><\/p>\n

New Jersey residents who still haven’t obtained a REAL ID because of issues getting an appointment will have additional opportunities to get to the Motor Vehicle Commission this month.<\/p>\n

Beginning May 20, the NJMVC will add approximately 5,200 additional appointments during “REAL ID Tuesdays.”<\/p>\n

These new appointments are now available for booking on the NJMVC\u2019s\u00a0appointment scheduler<\/a>. Click here<\/strong><\/a> for more details about the program.<\/p>\n

Emergency Real ID Appointments:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eligible individuals\u2014those without TSA-approved identification who must travel for an urgent or life-or-death reason within 14 days\u2014can apply for an emergency appointment.\u00a0Click here<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0for more details about the emergency program.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
