Join us in celebrating with a lineup of exciting activities. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/files\/2025\/05\/National-Hospital-Week-Flyer-2025-1.pdf\"><strong>Click here<\/strong><\/a> <strong>to check out the full schedule<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cooper continues to achieve remarkable growth and success despite the challenges facing health systems nationally due to your dedication and commitment. We are grateful for all your efforts. Thanks to the generous support from the Cooper Foundation, each of you will receive a new Cooper-branded tumbler as a token of our heartfelt appreciation.<\/p>\n<p>As a team, we should all be proud of the following accomplishments:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cooper has been recognized by U.S. News &amp; World Report\u2019s 2024-2025 Best Hospitals as among the top 10 in New Jersey and the highest-ranking hospital in southern New Jersey; and among the elite 11% of U.S. hospitals to earn a numerical ranking.<\/li>\n<li>For the fourth consecutive year, Forbes has recognized Cooper as a Best Employer, this year ranking Cooper among the top 200 Best Large Employers in the nation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Cooper maintained its A+ credit rating from Fitch Ratings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Most importantly, more patients than ever are entrusting Cooper with their health care needs \u2014 a testament to the dedication and excellence of our exceptional team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are grateful for all that you do to create a positive Cooper Experience for our patients, the community, and each other.<\/p>\n<p>Team members will receive their gifts during the first week of May.
