As we mark the completion of two successful years of building Cooper\u2019s Culture of Inclusion and Belonging foundation, we\u2019re proud to share that we launched four Team Resource Groups (TRGs), a testament to Cooper\u2019s ongoing dedication to creating an inclusive culture.<\/p>\n

We are currently refining our efforts to foster our Culture of Inclusion and Belonging and need your feedback. As part of this process, we plan to transition from using the term \u201cTeam Resource Group\u201d to another term that will better reflect our focus on cultural inspiration, belonging, and inclusivity. We also want your ideas on new resource groups you\u2019d like to see at Cooper. Your thoughts and creativity are invaluable to us, so we\u2019re reaching out to gather your preferences through a survey.<\/p>\n
