After successful pilot programs on Kelemen 8 and in the Emergency Department, we are excited to roll out these changes throughout Cooper University Hospital in Camden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The following updates are now in effect:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ticket to Ride Forms:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A new \u201cTicket to Ride\u201d form will be printed from Epic to improve communication during handoffs involving Transport Services. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/files\/2025\/05\/Sample-Ticket-to-Ride.pdf\"><strong>Click here<\/strong><\/a> to see a sample.<\/li>\n<li>These forms will include key transport requirements for improved coordination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Epic Resources for Nursing:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A new \u201cNurse Transport Report\u201d is available in Epic for nursing roles.<\/li>\n<li>Reference information supporting the new process will be visible in flowsheets. <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/files\/2025\/05\/Tip-Sheet_Nurse-Transport-Report-and-Flowsheet-Alerts.pdf\"><strong>Click here<\/strong><\/a> for more information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Updated Transport Policy:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>A new policy, <em>\u201c<\/em>Transport of Patients<em>,\u201d<\/em> supporting this change is currently in development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tip Sheets:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/files\/2025\/05\/Tip-Sheet_Ticket-to-Ride_Nursing_Updated.pdf\">Nursing<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/files\/2025\/05\/Tip-Sheet_Ticket-to-Ride_Radiology.pdf\">Radiology<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/files\/2025\/05\/Tip-Sheet_Ticket-to-Ride_Transport-Services.pdf\">Transport Services<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have any questions, please contact your manager.<\/p>\n<p>Team members are encouraged to share their feedback to help us improve.
