This past Saturday, our Community Outreach team\u00a0enjoyed attending the Health Fair and Community Resources Day at the First Church of Deliverance in Camden. We offered free blood pressure and glucose screenings during the event\u00a0to help attendees monitor their health and understand these important numbers better. We also shared information about cancer prevention and screening resources, including access to mammograms, colonoscopies, and other vital healthcare services.\u00a0\u00a0It was an excellent opportunity to connect with community members and provide valuable health services and information.<\/p>\n
