This award recognizes Cooper team members for their outstanding achievements and contributions to population health.\u00a0Nominees may come from <strong>any<\/strong>\u00a0Cooper department, as long as their work has a positive impact on population health outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>Award winners receive a plaque and certificate and are acknowledged at a future Population Health department meeting.
