{"id":24583,"date":"2025-07-15T15:07:35","date_gmt":"2025-07-15T19:07:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/?p=24583"},"modified":"2025-07-15T15:55:47","modified_gmt":"2025-07-15T19:55:47","slug":"say-goodbye-to-jabber-on-july-14","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.cooperhealth.org\/weeklyrounds\/2025\/07\/say-goodbye-to-jabber-on-july-14\/","title":{"rendered":"Say Goodbye to Jabber"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As part of our continued efforts to streamline communication tools for Cooper at Camden, <strong>Jabber fully retired on July 14, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Messaging via Jabber and Webex ended on April 30, 2025. <\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Clinical Messaging: Use Tiger Connect.<\/li>\n<li>General Communication: Use Microsoft Teams for all other needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Phone calls from devices via Jabber ended on July 14, 2025.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To make and receive work-related calls using a Cooper device moving forward, please use the <strong>Webex <\/strong><strong>app<\/strong>. This new platform has \u00a0replaced Jabber on all Cooper-provided devices\u2014including desktops, laptops, iPhones, and iPads\u2014and supports internal and external calls, as well as nurse call alerts. Calling via desktop phones has not changed.
