Thirty-three Camden residents are stepping into the future with hard hats in hand as they graduate from the Camden Gateway Pre-Apprenticeship Program, officially joining local building trades unions to help construct Cooper\u2019s transformative campus expansion, Project Imagine.<\/p>\n

Launched through a partnership between Cooper and local unions, the program prepares Camden residents for lifelong careers in the skilled trades. Selected through a competitive interview process, this inaugural cohort will now help bring Project Imagine\u2014the multi-year expansion that broke ground in January\u2014to life. The graduation ceremony took place on Monday, July 21, at Camden County College\u2019s Camden Technology Center Auditorium followed by a celebratory reception. The graduation promises moments of pride and recognition\u2014including remarks from John Vazquez, Esq., Cooper\u2019s Chief Legal Officer.
