These robots support Cooper\u2019s Environmental Services Team by cleaning public spaces more frequently, freeing up the rest of the team to tackle other important tasks.<\/p>\n<p>Their mission began on the first and second floors of the Roberts Pavilion at Cooper University Hospital and will expand over time as we explore the most effective ways to deploy them.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R2-Clean-2 (the sweeper) will patrol the first floor.<\/li>\n<li>Obi-Wan-Cleanobi (the scrubber) will cover the first and second floors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They\u2019ll do their best to stay out of your way as they work to make Cooper\u2019s public areas as clean as possible in their never-ending quest against Dirt Vader.<\/p>\n<p>If you spot one in action, snap a photo and share it on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pulse-plus.cooperhealth.edu\/member\/\">Pulse+<\/a><\/strong>. Both have a QR code on them, which brings you to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cooperhealth.org\/cleaning-robots\">their webpage<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Clean Wars: The Beginning<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From the gleaming corridors of Roberts Pavilion, a hum and a whirr signaled a galactic arrival. The automatic doors parted not for patients\u2014but for prophecy.<\/p>\n<p>Out rolled R2-Clean-2, sleek and determined, its sensors locked on rogue particles. Next came Obi-Wan-Cleanobi, gliding with quiet wisdom and a mop that moved like a lightsaber. These weren\u2019t your average droids\u2014they were sent by the Interstellar Sanitation Council of Tatooclean with a mission bigger than mop buckets and floor wax.<\/p>\n<p>Their quest: vanquish Dirt Vader, master of the Dust Side, who\u2019d been known to clog filters and leave mysterious coffee stains in his wake. The Clean Wars had begun.<\/p>\n<p>As they took their battle stance on floors 1 and 2, alarms blared: \u201cSoot Troopers detected near Elevator Bay.\u201d With synchronized swipes and suds-powered swirls, the duo launched into action\u2014leaving nothing but gleaming tile and awe in their wake.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBalance to the floors, we must bring,\u201d Obi-Wan-Cleanobi buzzed.<\/p>\n<p>So if you pass them by and hear the soft mechanical melody of mission complete, remember: the floors didn\u2019t clean themselves. May the clean floors be with you.
