On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, Cooper\u2019s \u00a0Workforce Development team, in collaboration with the Cooper Population Health team, hosted a dynamic Career Exploration Fair for 25 students, mentors, and chaperones from the Rutgers Future Scholars Program.<\/p>\n

The day kicked off with a vibrant career fair, showcasing a wide range of health care professions, including nursing, Safe Kids instructor, emergency medical services, rehabilitation, occupational and physical therapy, speech therapy, ambulatory operations, neurology\/neurosurgery, otolaryngology, and radiology.<\/p>\n

Participants then engaged in an immersive Medical Lab and EMS simulation tour, offering hands-on insight into clinical environments and real-world health care scenarios.<\/p>\n

A special thank you to the Organizational Effectiveness and Learning team for generously providing lunch for all attendees. The event was a meaningful step in inspiring future health care professionals and building connections within our community.<\/p>\n
