\"national\"<\/a>National Respiratory Care Week was October 26 – 31, 2015<\/strong>. Please join us in thanking Cooper\u2019s respiratory care professionals for their dedicated work in providing our patients with care and life support as part of the multidisciplinary team in all Intensive Care units, ED, TAA and General Care areas. Respiratory therapists treat patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics with health care issues that affect the cardiopulmonary system, such as asthma, emphysema, pneumonia, cardiovascular disorders, high-risk surgery and trauma. Respiratory therapists also practice in the Pulmonary Diagnostic Labs, using high-tech equipment and the latest medical procedures.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
