Employees are invited to join the Quarterly Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Continuing Education Forum on November 6, 2015<\/strong>. This is an informal Q&A opportunity for Cooper employees to bring forward questions related to LSS projects (current or potential), the improvement process or LSS in general.<\/p>\n

The intended audience is any Cooper employee who has had exposure to Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training, Yellow Belt or Green Belt, individuals who may have been involved in any LSS improvement activities, or those who have general LSS questions. The sessions are moderated by Cooper Black Belt process improvement specialists within the Operational Excellence Department.<\/p>\n
