\"story\"<\/a>National Radiologic Technology Week\u00ae is November 8 – 14, 2015<\/strong>. Cooper recognizes our dedicated radiology technologists for the hard work they do every day. Please join us in thanking them for their invaluable contributions to patient care and the critical roles they play with care and life support as part of the multidisciplinary team in all intensive care units, ED, TAA and general care areas. Through radiologic examination and interpretation, the radiology team assists our providers in obtaining diagnoses and care for patients. In 2014, the radiologic technologists at Cooper performed almost 220,000 procedures.<\/p>\n

National Radiologic Technology Week is celebrated annually to recognize the vital work of radiologic technologists across the nation. At Cooper, radiologic technologists are the link between patients and radiologists, providing services to hundreds of thousands of people in our community each year. The celebration takes place each year during the week that includes November 8 to commemorate the discovery of the X-ray by Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen on November 8, 1895.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
