The workshop will teach attendees how to use empathic versus reactive interactions, constructive criticism, active listening, and proven methods for smooth communications.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday, March 30, 2016<br \/>\n1 p.m. to 3 p.m.<br \/>\nCooper University Hospital<br \/>\nRoberts Pavilion, P1006<\/p>\n<p>Employees may register via the CLN or by calling the EAP at 856.342.2280. To register through the CLN,<a href=\"http:\/\/lsglm700.learnsoft.com\/lsglm\/login\/cooperlogin.aspx\"> click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There is no cost to attend this program, but preregistration is required.<\/p>\n<p>Cooper University Hospital is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the New Jersey State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center\u2019s Commission on Accreditation.<\/p>\n<p>Provider Number P101-8\/12-15<\/p>\n<p>There is no commercial support for this activity. Provider status does not imply endorsement by Cooper, the American Nurses Credentialing Center\u2019s Commission on Accreditation or the New Jersey Nurses Association of any commercial products displayed in conjunction with an activity.
