\n9 a.m. to 10 a.m.:<\/strong> A guided \u2018tour\u2019 of Sepsis 360 analysis, demonstrating how analytics can be used to focus frontline clinicians in the right areas to drive process improvement.<\/p>\n

10 a.m. to 11 a.m.:<\/strong> Learn to use a LEAN approach to identify current state of sepsis care and design future ideal state.<\/p>\n

11 a.m. to noon:<\/strong> To help increase compliance and quality of care and improve mortality for the Severe Sepsis\/Septic Shock population, this presentation will cover changes in the collection of quality measures data beginning with July 2016 discharges. Clinical documentation, being a vital part in reporting the data correctly, will also be covered.<\/p>\n

Noon to 1 p.m.:<\/strong> Discussion on the design, implementation, impact, and outcomes of a remote monitoring program for sepsis care.<\/p>\n
