\"eom\"Hardworking and always pleasant and kind hearted, Evelyn Johnson, Tech II, from Central Sterile Processing at the Voorhees Surgery Center, was honored as the Employee of the Month for September 2016!<\/p>\n

Due to high staff turnover in Central Sterile Processing (CSP), Evelyn has had to single handedly keep the Voorhees Surgery Center in operation. She has been working more than 100 hours per pay period to keep the schedule operational. Without instruments being sterilized, there would have been canceled cases or long delays which would have affected patient satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Evelyn has shown tremendous effort within the past couple of months, she exceeds all of the Cooper Core Values. Her dedication has allowed Voorhees Surgery Center to operate regardless of not being fully staff. She is always pleasant and kind hearted to everyone she meets and has an invigorating sense of duty. She sets a great example as a high achiever and a team player.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
