The annual Employee Engagement Survey is one way to be heard and\u00a0<strong>ends November 16, 2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You can now take the Employee Engagement Survey on your smartphone. Watch this video to see how:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your survey answers are\u00a0<strong>confidential\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Cooper employees or management\u00a0<strong>will not<\/strong>\u00a0see your answers. The Advisory Board (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.advisory.com\/\">www.advisory.com<\/a>), a third party vendor, administers the survey. Cooper only receives aggregated results to the survey questions. Only managers with five or more employees will receive aggregated results for their departments in order to maintain confidentiality of your answers.<\/p>\n<p>You will receive the survey by email from the Advisory Board. You will be able to complete the 10-minute survey online from any computer or mobile device.<\/p>\n<p>As a result of last year\u2019s survey, we took the following actions to ensure you have a voice in the things that impact your work:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We increased communication by starting focused leader rounding, huddles, and Stop Light reports to help teams resolve issues, manage workloads, understand equipment needs, and improve the patient experience.<\/li>\n<li>We increased Senior Leader rounding to improve communications and increase rewards and recognition, including \u201cthank you\u201d notes to employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Employee Engagement Survey is a critical tool to help us improve Cooper. Please take the time to do the survey and encourage your fellow employees to do the same. We are counting on your help!<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for all the hard work you are doing this year to make Cooper University Health Care the best place to be a patient; the best place to be an employee; and the best place to practice medicine.
