The Barnes &amp; Noble Holiday Book Drive, taking place <strong>now through January 1, 2017, <\/strong>provides customers the opportunity to donate books to locally designated non-profit organizations.<\/p>\n<p>The Holiday Book Drive recipients throughout the country include schools, libraries, literacy organizations, family social service agencies, and homeless centers. This year, the Deptford Barnes &amp; Noble, located at <strong><u>1553 Almonesson Road<\/u><\/strong>, will be collecting books for Children\u2019s Regional Hospital at Cooper. Last year, Barnes &amp; Noble Deptford customers provided more than 3,000 books to Children\u2019s Regional Hospital at Cooper. All books were distributed throughout the year to Cooper\u2019s pediatrics departments and to the Johnny M Child Life Playroom.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Holiday Book Drive is a favorite program of both booksellers and customers across the country,\u201d says Sarah DiFrancesco, Vice President of Business Development for Barnes &amp; Noble. \u201cCustomers often purchase and donate a personal childhood favorite as a way to pass on a holiday tradition to a child in their local community.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deptford Barnes &amp;
