She handles each with the utmost professionalism. She is supportive, helpful, and a great problem solver.\u00a0She goes above and beyond on a daily basis for patients, families, and staff. Heather is the best team leader and we are so lucky to have her in the NICU!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHeather has been an outstanding leader. With recent events in the NICU, she has gone above and beyond in providing direct leadership, professionalism, guidance, and support. Often alone in leadership, Heather has been here after hours and on weekends. Heather is a role model in every situation but has really been outstanding during a difficult time in our unit.
