Congratulations to Victoria Negron, Medical Practice Assistant, for her nomination as the Employee of the Month for February 2017.<\/p>\n

\u201cVictoria is an amazing person, a super smart and efficient employee.\u00a0She is very knowledgeable and is considered the \u201cgo to\u201d person in the office. Victoria is very patient and kind to the office staff as well as to all the patients. She is an outstanding example of a Cooper employee and she cares deeply about the quality of her work and her fellow employees. She makes coming to work a pleasure. She is a true leader and a positive motivator and role model. Cooper should be proud to have an excellent employee like her! Victoria truly deserves the honor of being the \u201cEmployee of the Month\u201d!<\/p>\n

\u201cVictoria is an excellent leader. She has helped this office by giving it structure and leading in ways to better serve our patients. She has shown Respect<\/strong> and Integrity<\/strong> while taking Ownership<\/strong> of shaping the medical assistants with proper training. Using Teamwork<\/strong> and advance skills she has molded them into a Great Team for One Purpose (to better serve our patients).
