Although we use this week to celebrate these achievements and increase awareness, safe care is our organization\u2019s focus, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.<\/p>\n

The Good Catch Program \u2013 Nominate a coworker for putting patient safety first!<\/strong><\/p>\n

As part of Patient Safety Awareness Week, the Patient Safety Committee is rolling out \u201cThe Good Catch Award.\u201d All Cooper employees are invited to nominate a coworker for this honor. A \u201cGood Catch\u201d is a potential error or safety issue that is identified by a Cooper Employee before it reaches the patient. <\/strong>All Good Catch nominations will be reviewed by the Patient Safety Committee. The chosen recipient will be presented with their award in the following quarter.<\/p>\n
