Steven T. Kaufman, MD<\/p><\/div>\n

Steven T. Kaufman, MD, Division Head of Endocrinology, and founding Urban Heath Institute team member, has\u00a0assumed the role of Medical Director for the Urban Health Institute. Dr. Kaufman has been with UHI since 2013 and has an extensive collaborative history with the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers and other Camden providers through diabetes-related projects and initiatives. He also led the establishment of the group medical visits and has championed UHI\u2019s other hallmark models of care including LPN protocols and care management. UHI is extremely excited to have Dr. Kaufman step into this new role.<\/p>\n

Cooper Family Medicine at the Kroc Center has joined the UHI to become a satellite office.\u00a0Staff and providers will collaborate to share UHI programming with a larger patient base through the innovative clinical models of care already offered in UHI\u2019s Three Cooper Plaza suites.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
