\u201cJohn is amazing with our patients. He comes in everyday with a great attitude and sense of humor. He makes all our patients feel welcome and comfortable. He also keeps them laughing and relaxed. Patients ask for him when he is off. You can tell he really makes an impact on their experience. John makes the surgery center a more pleasant and fun place to work in and be treated in. He is constantly mentioned in our surveys from patients, he really deserves this recognition.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cJohn always goes above and beyond to make every patient feel welcomed and always makes them smile. Our patients are here for surgery and most are scared to some extent and John has a special way of making everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. He even makes time to see the patient after their surgery in the PACU, that means so much to them. I have never heard one complaint about John from staff or patients. As a matter of fact, patients ask for John on a regular basis. He always has the Cooper standards first and foremost.\u201d<\/p>\n
