The new AmeriHealth Cooper alliance will serve as a case study.<\/p>\n<p>The program is part of Cooper\u2019s Population Health Academy, an educational forum created to provide members of our Cooper family and the medical community with insights into the dramatic transformation taking place in health care today.<\/p>\n<p>A light dinner will be served and guests and welcome!<\/p>\n<p>Please register via the Cooper Learning Network:<br \/>\n1.
