We have a commitment to our employees by providing competitive rates and compensation, a comprehensive employee benefits program, attractive working conditions, and the chance to build and explore a career opportunity by offering professional development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IRB Coordinator &#8211; Institutional Review Board<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.cooperhealth.org\/job\/camden\/irb-coordinator-cri-internal-review-board\/338\/5021495\">Click here<\/a> to apply for this position.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.cooperhealth.org\/\">Click here<\/a> to see all available opportunities at Cooper University Health Care.<\/p>\n<p>The IRB coordinator will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and attend all IRB and Executive Committee meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Assist research investigators and study coordinators in the processing of research proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Review and track new protocol submissions, amendments, adverse event reports, and progress reports.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and distribute review materials, agendas, and minutes of IRB meetings to all IRB members.<\/li>\n<li>Generate correspondence to investigators based on determinations made by an assigned expedited-reviewer or the Board.<\/li>\n<li>Distribute research protocols to administration for review and signatures.<\/li>\n<li>Notify investigators about impending study expiration.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain the online electronic system and study files (online and\/or paper) that document protocol activity.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and consultation to IRB members and investigators regarding implementation of federal regulations, state law, and Cooper IRB policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the IRB manager and the IRB chairs with special assignments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work as an effective team member.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide excellent customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with MS Office programs and MS Windows operating system required.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with iMedRIS preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Certification as an IRB Professional (CIP) preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Special Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scheduled days\/hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>A bachelor\u2019s degree in an appropriate field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of two years of experience in IRB administration, clinical research, or regulatory compliance with human subjects.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Common Rule (45 CFR 46), FDA regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practice Guidelines, and other relevant requirements and guidelines related to the ethical study of human research subjects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please feel welcome to also refer a friend for these openings.<\/p>\n<p>To see additional job information and to apply, please <a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.cooperhealth.org\/job\/camden\/irb-coordinator-cri-internal-review-board\/338\/5021495\">click here<\/a>\u00a0or visit <a href=\"http:\/\/Jobs.cooperhealth.org\">jobs.cooperhealth.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Cooper University Health Care is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, age, religion, disabilities, marital status, protected Veteran status, national origin, or any other category protected by federal or state law.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Cooper University Health Care, our commitment to providing excellent health care begins with our team.
