Led by Anthony J. Mazzarelli, MD, JD, MBE<\/strong>, Senior Vice President of Operations, Medical Director of the Population Health Institute and\u00a0Deputy Chief Medical Officer of Cooper University Health Care, the program will provide an analysis of current factors impacting care design and discuss the new care delivery models, which will shape the future of health care in our country.<\/p>\n

The program is part of Cooper\u2019s Population Health Academy, an educational forum created to provide members of our Cooper family and the medical community with insights into the dramatic transformation taking place in health care today.<\/p>\n

A light dinner will be served and guests are welcome.<\/em><\/p>\n
