Paula displays the Cooper Core values on a daily basis. She prides herself in producing quality work every day. She is very proactive with resolving issues and implementing processes to improve workflow. Paula was a top performer in 2016 and is a role model in Patient Accounting. She has a very pleasant demeanor and is always willing to help in any area needed. She also participated in the Waste Wall project. Paula’s project was focused on observation denials. She has worked diligently with various others to improve this process with success. Paula is innovative and always striving to increase our collections and eliminate waste.
